    If the ocean is your happy place and you enjoy helping others feel confident in the water, you could be an amazing swim instructor. At Splashing with Clashing Swim Instruction, we’re training a new wave of instructors who are passionate, community-minded, and ready to make a difference.

    Whether you're already a strong swimmer or just getting your sea legs, we’ll support you every step of the way.

  • Who We're Looking For

    ...and what you'll learn

    You are...

    Age 15 and up

    Friendly, reliable, and love working with kids, families, and adults

    Comfortable in the water (don’t worry—we’ll help you build your swimming skills!)

    Available to commit to training, shadowing, and teaching during our swim seasons

    You'll be trained to confidently teach:

    Parent & Tot classes

    Preschoolers and primary school-aged children

    Beginner and nervous adult swimmers

    You'll also earn certifications in:

    First Aid & CPR (XCD$200)

    Bronze Medallion/Cross lifesaving training (XCD$600)

    Swim Instructor training (XCD$600)

    We'll assess your swim skills and place you in the right training level.

    Join a Shadowing Cohort

    Observe real classes and learn from experienced instructors.

    Take part in hands-on instruction and certifications in water safety, teaching techniques, and class management.

    Complete Your Assistantship Hours

    Support classes while building confidence and experience.
